Planning/Detail Design and Full refurbishment.
We submitted a successful planning application for a side and rear extension at a property located in Bushey.
The client also wish to convert the loft into a study/office and add a couple of roof windows into the new structure pitched roof.
We provided planning service and detail design package service for the project, we also carried out site visit during the construction phase.
The project was completed in February 2022.
